Returns

We’re committed to selling quality wood burning logs that won’t let you down.

If for any reason you change your mind and wish to return the goods, you are entitled to return or exchange the goods by notifying us within 14 days and returning the goods to us at your cost within 14 days thereafter, providing the goods have not been used in any way, and are in the same good condition in which they where received, with their original packing and proof of purchase and in resalable condition, then you can choose to receive a refund payment. A 12% restocking fee is applicable.

Faulty Goods

In the unlikely event that a delivered crate of logs is deemed faulty, please contact us on 01738 317600 or email sales@kilndriedhardwood.co.uk within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll get back to you with the next steps to take. We may require photos to be sent and will request this at the time if necessary.
