Cancellation policy
We strive to provide a smooth and efficient shopping experience for our customers. If you need to cancel your order, please review the following guidelines:
Order Cancellation Timeline
Cancellations must be requested within 14 days of placing your order. After this period, your order may already be processed and prepared for shipment, and cancellation may not be possible.
For orders placed during sales or promotions, cancellations must be requested within 1 hour of purchase.
How to Request a Cancellation
To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team at sales@kilndriedhardwood.co.uk or via our contact form with your order number and cancellation request. We will confirm whether your order can be cancelled and provide further instructions.
Non-Cancellable Orders
Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled.
Custom or personalised items are non-cancellable once production has begun.
Refunds for Cancelled Orders
If your cancellation request is approved before shipment, a full refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
For cancellations of pre-paid items, a 12% restocking fee may be deducted from your refund.
Late Cancellation Requests
If you miss the cancellation window and the order has already shipped, you may be able to return the item according to our Refund Policy.
Right to Cancel
We reserve the right to cancel orders for any reason, including stock unavailability, pricing errors, or issues with payment. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
