By using our site and/or purchasing products from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including any additional terms, policies, or conditions referenced herein or available by hyperlink. These Terms apply to all users of the site.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (excluding credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted and may involve transmissions over various networks. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer.

SECTION 4 - PRICING, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES

Prices for our products may change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and to limit quantities offered to any person, household, or geographic region. All descriptions and pricing of products are subject to change without notice. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that the product descriptions, images, or other content on the site are accurate, complete, or error-free. If a product is found to be incorrectly priced, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

SECTION 5 - PAYMENTS AND BILLING ACCURACY

You agree to provide complete and accurate purchase and account information for all orders placed in our store. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place and may cancel or limit quantities at our discretion. If we make changes or cancel an order, we will notify you by email or phone.

SECTION 6 - DELIVERY TERMS (SHIPPING)

We provide kerbside delivery via a third-party pallet distribution network to cover the UK. Deliveries are made using a lorry equipped with a tail-lift, and goods are lowered to the ground and positioned where possible using a pallet truck. However, please note the following:

  • The pallet truck cannot move over soft or uneven surfaces such as gravel or grass.
  • The delivery requires a smooth, flat surface for the safe positioning of goods.
  • The delivery vehicle is not equipped with a crane and cannot lift goods over fences, walls, or hedges.

Delivery Timeframes: We aim to deliver your goods within 2-3 working days, although it may take up to 5 working days depending on your location. Delivery times may be extended during busy periods or to remote postcode areas. We recommend placing your order early, especially before the Christmas period, to avoid delays.

Re-Delivery Fees: If no one is available to accept the delivery at the arranged time, we reserve the right to charge a re-delivery fee.

Collection

If you choose to collect your order directly from our depot in Perth:

  • All payments must be made via our website prior to collection.
  • Our staff will use a forklift to load your trailer or vehicle.
  • If you wish to unpack the crates to fit the logs into your vehicle, this must be done by yourself. All packaging waste must be removed from our premises, and our staff cannot assist with manual unloading.

SECTION 7 - RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We are committed to providing high-quality wood burning logs. However, if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, our return and refund policies are as follows:

Returns

If you change your mind, you are entitled to return or exchange the goods within 14 days of receiving them. To do so:

  • Notify us within 14 days of receiving your goods.
  • Ensure the items are returned in their original packaging, in unused and resalable condition, along with proof of purchase.
  • Return the goods at your own cost within 14 days of notifying us.

A 12% restocking fee will apply to all returned items that are not defective or damaged.

Faulty Goods

If the goods you received are faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at 01738 317600 or via email at sales@kilndriedhardwood.co.uk. We may request photos of the faulty goods. Upon reviewing the issue, we will guide you through the next steps, which may include a replacement or refund.

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Kiln Dried Hardwood and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any part of the content without our express written consent.

SECTION 9 - LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

We do not guarantee that the use of our Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. You agree that we may remove the Service for indefinite periods or cancel the Service at any time, without notice. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law for any direct or indirect loss, damage, or injury resulting from your use of the Service or product.
